SSCP Independent Scrutineer

The Independent Scrutineer, Liz Murphy, acts as a ‘critical friend’ to drive continuous improvement in the safeguarding arrangements, activity, and practice across services to children and their families in Surrey.

The Partnership Development Team

The team supports the development and implementation of the new safeguarding arrangements and it ensures the effective delivery of roles and functions.
